Structured Interview Field Test
School Year 2007-08

This page contains links to information and feedback forms for educators participating in the School Year 2007-08 structured interview field test.  Any forms or materials found through links on this field test web page ARE NOT to be used in the approved PEPE Teacher Evaluation System except as stipulated as part of the field test project. 

As part of the efforts to improve the PEPE Program, a revised interview is being field tested in selected school systems.  The procedures and forms provided below are drafts.  Determination about the feasibility of using a revised interview in the PEPE Program will be made after analysis of the field test data and feedback from field test participants.

Following are procedures, instructions, and forms for participants of the field test.


1. Teacher Feedback Survey Form - Online version
This is an online feedback survey for teachers who participated in the interview field test during the 2007-08 school year.  Survey responses are anonymous and will be used with other field test analysis to provide recommendations to the Alabama Department of Education. We would appreciate your completing this survey after you have completed the field test.

2. Evaluator Feedback Survey Form - Online Version
This is an online feedback survey for evaluators who participated in the interview field test during the 2007-08 school year.  Survey responses are anonymous and will be used with other field test analysis to provide recommendations to the Alabama Department of Education.  We would appreciate your completing this survey after you have completed the field test.
