LEADAlabama, the new evaluation system for principals is under development. This site will be updated when development is completed.

PEPE should continue to be used for leader evaluations until LEADAlabama is completed.

This page contains manuals, a PowerPoint presentation, forms, surveys, and survey scoring programs for the Principal Evaluation System of the Professional Education Personnel Evaluation Program of Alabama (PEPE). Although the files can be opened in your browser, it is recommended that you download the files to a directory on your computer hard drive, especially if you do not have a high speed internet connection.  The files can then be opened, printed, and saved for your use.  To download files, right click on the file link and save the file to the hard drive of your computer.
