This web page is being maintained for archival purposes.  The work sample handbook and forms provided below are drafts.  No determination has been made  as to the feasibility or use of a work sample in the PEPE Program.   Recommendations  from the technology pilot have been incorporated into the PEPE Program.

Teacher Work Sample Pilot

As part of the efforts to review and improve the PEPE Program, a Teacher Work Sample was piloted by teachers from school systems participating in the Teacher Quality Enhancement Project.  The work sample handbook and forms provided below are drafts.  No determination has been made  as to the feasibility or use of a work sample in the PEPE Program.  However, these materials will remain on the website for reference purposes.

The handbook has been revised since the Montgomery training, although the contents and forms have remained basically the same.  To download, right mouse click on the link below and save the file to your PC for later viewing and printing.

Another effort to review and improve the PEPE Program focuses around the utilization of technology in teaching and learning.    Although the use of technology has always been addressed in PEPE, an increased emphasis on technology has been piloted and incorporated into the  PEPE Program.  The links below provide information on what was piloted and incorporated into the PEPE program.
